Anita Rentz - Director -   anita.rentz@ccdinternational.org

M. Sci, Physis, M. Sci, Computer Science , resident, founder, comes from extensive experience in business software development. She developed software for Hewlett Packard - quality of their serial printer product in no small part due to Anita's disciple efforts in developing printer drivers for their printer line. HP Quality always speaks for itself, but her later engagements as a senior Project Manager, DBA and software developer to Georgia Department of Labor, Hartsfield International Airport, IBM, Cognos, Ga. Pacific, and the Microsoft corporation gives her the credentials and skills that her two master's degrees, one in Physics, and one in Computer Science - only outlined in academics. With her base of real world experience, Anita had the confidence to found the company in 1995, to fulfill the need to develop software for what she saw then as a coming Internet market. Seeing business models come and go, Anita has found the right one to carry ATR forward even to present day. Mrs. Rentz's skills include SQL, ASP and C in addition to her skills as a software designer and a strong business background. At present Mrs. Rentz is studying the Speech Technologies and their use for various applications. She also has knowledge of design and development of ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) Systems. She had built many prototypes using SpeechWorks, ASR, OSR, OSB, Speech Secure and Speechify products At present Anita Rentz is involved in running the company.

Desiyanti had completed her education from Jakarta, Indonesia. She is detail-oriented, problem solver and team player with over 15 years of corporate experience. Strong organizational skills with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsShe worked for Georgia Department of Labor, Advanced Distributor Products, Heatcraft Refrigeration Products Division and others. She served as President for Indonesian Mixed Couple (INDO-MC) and Indonesian Community of Atlanta (ICA) – Editor –in-Chief. She volunteered for American Cancer Society, Habitat Humanity, organized and coordinated Indonesian Night event and performed traditional dances at the Multicultural events.

Richard L. Teters, Jr. – Chief Financial Officer -  - richard.teters@ccdinternational.org

Colonel Richard L. Teters, Jr. retired in 1998, after 30 years active duty in the US Army. His demonstrated proficiencies lie in strategic management and leadership, finance and accounting, and sales and marketing. Upon his retirement he became a professor of management at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia, with expertise in project management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. While at Kennesaw State he concurrently served as the Director, The Center for Industrial Collaboration (CIC). As the director of the CIC, and as a Knowledge Capitalist, he evaluated over 400 science and technological innovations, and took an active role in assisting in the commercialization of more than 20 technologies. As an entrpreneur he has served in the capacity of president of two high tech start ups. He is currently the Managing Director of The SciTek Group, LLC, and pursuing doctoral studies in entrepreneurial leadership.

Turner Rentz, III, - Information Technology Officer -  - turner.rentz@ccdinternational.org

M. Sci., Applied Physics, Ga Tech , CEO, co-founder co-founded ATR in 1995 with Anita Rentz. An accomplished network engineer and software developer, Mr. Rentz' educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Physics from Georgia Tech: contributing to the development of HTTP and other transfer protocols for the purposes of safely executing dangerous plasma experiments in the safety of the lab. With a career spanning high availability, high reliability work such as the Reuters Financials applications, Information Security Engineering for the Equifax Corporation, and software that accomplishes maintainability and adaptability of websites for Intel. Mr. Rentz is a member of the Internet Engineering Task Force, The IEEE Society, the Ga. Tech Alumni Society, and the GSGA. At present Mr. Rentz have 3 years experience with the Speech Technologies and their use for various applications. He also has knowledge of design and development of ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) Systems.

Kevin Tremble – Scholarship Officer -  - kevin.tremble@ccdinternational.org

Kevin Tremble received a Bachelor's degree from Mercer University in TechnicalCommunication with a focus in languages. He has also received a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a concentration in Marketing. He is currently pursining a Doctorate in International Business at Argosy University. He has worked for six years at ChoicePoint in Alpharetta as a documentation Specialist. He has served on the Diversity committee at ChoicePoint and helped in the planning of the Diversity Week activities. He has recently served as a Big Brother for the Atlanta Big Brother/Big Sister program.

Aditya Prabhakar - Operational Planning Officer -  - aditya.prabhakar@ccdinternational.org

After graduating with a BSME from Georgia Tech in Spring 2007, Aditya joined Woodard & Curran, a reputed firm handling turnkey projects in various industries. Aditya have acquired strategic, resource & risk management skills through delivering custom solutions on challenging projects for a variety of consumer product clients such as Coca-Cola and Nestle.

Gaurav Bhatia - Public Relations Officer -  -  gaurav.bhatia@ccdinternational.org

Gaurav Bhatia is an alumnus of Georgia State University who received his Bachelors of Arts in Journalism with an area of concentration in Public Relations during the summer of 2006 and a Master of Science in Social Foundations of Education during the summer of 2010. He currently does public relations for After-School All-Stars, an organization that provides after-school programs for middle school students. He volunteers for agencies such as Medshare International, Global Soap Project, Books for Africa, and a number of others. Gaurav enjoys martial arts, spending time with friends and family, and participating in student organizations. Some of his favorite films include Karate Kid, Patch Adams, Harry and the Hendersons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Kickboxer 2 and 3, and Rocky 3 (his all-time favorite film)
